If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a pickup point — please contact the tour operator or GetYourGuide directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator, and have no access to your booking.
We also cannot issue visas or entry-fee receipts, or confirm opening times for museums and nature parks; for those, contact the official bodies themselves.
